This spacious home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests across multiple levels. The top floor boasts a private primary king suite with an ensuite bathroom and its own deck - the perfect spot to enjoy ocean breezes. Adjacent to the suite, you'll find a spacious living room that overlooks the main level and offers beautiful ocean views.

The mid-level welcomes you with an open-concept kitchen and dining area, complete with a breakfast bar and cozy sitting nook that's perfect for morning coffee. Down the hall are two comfortable bedrooms - one with a king-size bed and another with two twin beds, plus a full bathroom. This level also opens to a partially wrap-around deck for outdoor relaxation. For guests seeking extra privacy, the fourth bedroom is a queen suite located just off the carport with its own separate entrance, kitchenette, and full bathroom.

Key amenities include air conditioning and heating, high-speed WiFi, dedicated workspace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee maker, washer and dryer, smart lock for easy self check-in, and free parking on premises. Step outside to enjoy the sundeck seating, outdoor dining table, hammock, and BBQ grill. Beach access and beach essentials are provided for your convenience.

Duck is a beloved Outer Banks destination known for its wide, uncrowded beaches and soundfront boardwalk. Nature trails, local shops, and restaurants make this friendly town perfect for a relaxing coastal vacation.

Pets are welcome with a $150 fee (up to two pets). Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Please note that the primary guest must be at least 23 years old and present during the entire stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over 23. Payment is split: 50% at booking, 50% due 30 days before arrival.
