For additional guests, the first-floor living area provides two comfortable Queen sleeper sofas.

Step outside to experience the best of lakefront living. The property boasts a huge back deck overlooking the water, complete with patio furniture and a propane grill for outdoor dining. You can relax by the propane fire pit on the patio or head down through the large yard to the semi-private dock, shared with the Lower House, which is ideal for swimming, boating, and fishing during the summer season. Two kayaks and life jackets are provided to help you explore the shoreline.

Inside, the home is thoughtfully appointed with a fully stocked kitchen featuring a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and a variety of coffee options, including a drip maker and Keurig.
