The sleeping arrangements are tailored for groups of all sizes, featuring a Master bedroom with a King bed, a second bedroom also with a King bed, and a third bedroom equipped with two Twin-over-Twin bunks and a Twin trundle. Additionally, there is a bonus room with a Twin-over-Queen bunk and a sleeper sofa in the living room to ensure everyone has a cozy place to rest.

Please note that all guests must sign a reservation agreement to complete the booking. To maintain the quality of the home, smoking is strictly prohibited. Renters must be at least 25 years old, though exceptions may be granted in writing with a refundable damage deposit. Any special events, such as weddings, require written approval and are subject to an event fee.
