The heart of the home is an open floor plan featuring modern flooring and a spacious living area with ample seating for family gatherings. For entertainment, the space is equipped with a 37-inch HDTV, DVD player, and a selection of games. A dedicated desk and free WiFi are available for those needing to stay connected. The open kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting granite countertops, a Keurig coffee maker, and essential appliances. Guests can enjoy meals at the butcher block dining table, which seats six, or opt for the casual bar-height counter for quick snacks.

Step outside onto the private balcony to listen to the peaceful sounds of surrounding wildlife as the sun dips below the horizon. Please note that the balcony may be unavailable from October to mid-May due to scheduled structural upkeep by the HOA.

Location & Neighborhood: Situated in The Sanctuary community, guests are steps away from Little Island Park, which features a 400-foot fishing pier, a children’s playground, and courts for tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball. For nature lovers, the Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge is just down the road, providing expansive hiking trails and beach access.

• Community Pool: Open annually from beginning of June to end of August (weather permitting)
