Don't make a reservation for someone else. We are very sensitive to making sure we are not having excessive noise to disrupt or disturb the neighbors. Noise Complaint between 10:00 PM-7:00 AM $200.00 With prior approval and subject to availability: Early Check in $35.00 for every hour earlier than 4:00pm Late Check out $35.00 for every hour later than 10:00am Security systems have been implemented including video surveillance around the exterior of the home. Please do Not tamper with the security system (unplug or cover camera). Failure to comply will result in a $250 fee. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure. Please don’t remove the TV remotes from their original rooms (they all look alike). No glassware outside - please only use the provided plastic cups. Please don’t take our stuff. We try hard to provide nice things for you to use during your stay. Cleaner takes a precise inventory of everything after each stay, and you will be billed for any lost or missing items through the Airbnb Resolution Center. Please do not rearrange the furniture and decor. Extra fee will be charged through the Airbnb Resolution Center for putting everything back to how it is supposed to be. Pool is heated October thru April at no additional charge. Do not take the pool vacuum or hose out of the pool. It shuts down the cleaning function and pump on the pool. Quiet hours from 10PM-7AM. No drug use in any area on this property. Anyone caught using or in possession of drugs will immediately be asked to vacate the home with no refund. No vaping including Marijuana or any other illegal substance. Pool use is at guests' own risk. Please be mindful of children in and around the pool area. No parties or events without prior permission. Please ensure the sliding glass door and back gate are locked and the side gate is securely closed for pool safety reasons. No more than 8 guests on the property at any time.
