• Pets: Not allowed
• Note: The house is on stilts and requires stairs to access the main floor and upper bedrooms. A fire ladder is provided in the 3rd-floor Master closet for safety.
• Security: Blink security cameras are located on the front porch and underneath the house for guest security.
• Weight Limit: Full bunkbeds have a 250lbs limit per bed.
• Neighborhood: Please be aware that adjacent lots are under construction, which may cause some noise during business hours.
