Designed for families and groups, the layout features 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed. For additional guests, the living area includes a sofa sleeper, and a cozy nook just off the living space houses twin bunk beds, creating a perfect spot for children (please note that children six years or younger should not use the top bunk).

Inside, you will find a practical and clean interior featuring laminate tile flooring throughout. The fully equipped kitchen serves as the heart of the home, complete with a dining area that seats six and four barstools for extra seating. You will also find convenience with a full-size washer and dryer located upstairs near the bedrooms.

• Minimum age to rent: 25
• Pet Policy: One dog (15 lbs or less) is allowed with a non-refundable $150 pet fee; please notify management in advance.
• Restrictions: Non-smoking property. Boats, watercraft, campers, and trailers are not permitted in the parking area.
• Booking: Worry-Free Booking allows for a 100% deposit refund (including processing fees) if canceled at least one week before your stay.
• Security: For arrivals within 48 hours, a copy of ID and credit card matching the reservation name is required by the close of business on the day of booking.
