The home is thoughtfully designed with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in the primary suite, which features a connecting bathroom with double sinks and a stand-up shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and its own connecting bathroom. For additional guests, the home includes a sofa sleeper in the living area, twin bunk beds tucked into a cozy nook off the living room, and another set of twin bunk beds located in the upstairs hallway. Please note that children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunks.

Guests will enjoy a variety of home features designed for comfort and ease:

• Tile plank flooring throughout the entire cottage
• Fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for six and four additional barstools
• Balcony access from the living room, dining room, and both upstairs bedrooms
• Full-size washer and dryer located upstairs

Situated on the lagoon, this cottage is one of only 18 units in its quiet community. Guests have access to a shared, non-heated pool and deeded beach access, ensuring you are never far from the sand and surf.

To ensure a smooth stay, please adhere to the following guidelines: check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property, and the minimum age to rent is 25. Pets are not allowed. Parking is limited to two vehicles; boats, watercraft, campers, and trailers are strictly prohibited. For those booking within 48 hours of arrival, a copy of a matching ID and credit card is required by the close of business on the day of booking to prevent fraud.
