Designed for groups and families, the home features 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed and private balcony access, while the second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. For additional sleeping arrangements, the home includes a sofa sleeper in the living area, twin bunk beds in the main alcove, and another set of twin bunk beds in the second-floor hallway. Please note that children six years or younger should not use the top bunks.

The interior is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring durable tile flooring throughout. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, complemented by a dining table that seats six and five barstools for extra seating. Guests can step out onto the balcony from either the living room or the primary bedroom to enjoy the salty breeze.

As part of the Little Lagoon Cottages community, guests have access to a shared outdoor unheated pool and deeded beach access located directly across from the community.

• Parking: Maximum of two cars permitted underneath the cottage; boats, watercraft, campers, and trailers are strictly prohibited
• Pet Policy: One dog (20 lbs or less) is allowed with a non-refundable $150 pet fee; please notify management in advance
• Smoking: This is a non-smoking property
• Rental Requirements: Minimum age to rent is 25
• Entry: Keyless entry for a seamless arrival
• Note: Kayaks are not available for guest use
