Late checkout is not available. A Ring security camera is installed at the front entrance for guest safety. Pet policy requires advance approval - dogs are not permitted on furniture or bedding, and owners should be mindful of new bedroom carpeting. Additional rules
○ Pool heating available upon request between October-May for an additional $75 per night which is required before arrival and submitted through the resolution center in AirBnB. Pool must be heated for every night of your stay. The temperature will be set to 85° but ability to get to that temperature is based on weather. 24 hour notice is encouraged. ○ A $500 fee or the cost of repair, whichever is greater, will be assessed if the pool equipment is tampered with in anyway. Pool equipment is complex and costly. It’s for this reason that we ask guests not to touch it. ○ Strictly no smoking at the property (outside included). A $900 fee will be assessed if reported. ○ Dogs allowed upon request for a fee of $100 (most breeds welcomed). 1 dog max. Guest is responsible for cleaning up all waste 💩 left on property by pet. Guest is liable & will be held accountable for any pet accidents throughout the home for the duration of their stay (i.e. Urine or poop stains, chewed up furniture, damaged property). ○ Pets are not allowed on furniture or linens. ○ Not to be used for commercial purposes. ○ No photo or video shoots without prior approval.
○ Guest is responsible for taking the bins out on trash days (Mondays & Fridays) ○ Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot offer early check-ins or late departures. ○ All unregistered/day guests must be approved. ○ Local guests please contact me prior to booking.
