Socializing is effortless with two bar/sitting areas seating up to 7 people and two living room areas offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. This level also provides a Gulf-facing balcony and a massive West-facing balcony for lounging.

The second level offers a bonus living area with bunk beds and two additional bedrooms.
