House Rules *Pool heat not available *Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard. Pool is serviced every Monday. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week. *Pets considered for $200 per pet fee (non-refundable) *Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am *A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. Please leave it where it gets left. *This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adults maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property *Early check-in IF available is: 12pm: $100, 1pm: $75, 2pm: $50, 3pm: $35 *There is a late check out fee of $75 if, available and authorized. *Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150. *For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Also please be advised that we don't supply coffee, tea, sugar, and other basic food condiments and basic ingredients for cooking such as cooking oil, spices, salt, etc. This is due to health security and sanitary reasons. You will need to provide them. Thank you!

May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right.
