For maximum comfort, three of the bedrooms feature King beds—including the Master and two guest rooms—while the living room provides a sleeper sofa for additional guests. To keep everyone entertained, the condo is equipped with flat screen TVs in every bedroom as well as the living area.

For your convenience, check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please be aware of the following house rules and policies: this is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed. Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. Additionally, all guests are required to sign a reservation agreement upon booking to receive check-in instructions.

Regarding parking, please note that per HOA bylaws, only two parking passes are allowed per rental. These passes are not included in the rental total and must be purchased directly from onsite management. We recommend purchasing them before your arrival date to take advantage of a discounted rate.
