Sleeping arrangements include a luxurious King bed in the upstairs Master Suite, two Queen beds, two sets of full-over-full bunks, and a queen-size sleeper sofa. The Master Suite features a private bathroom and its own private balcony with Gulf views. The second upstairs bedroom also includes a private bathroom, while the main floor bedrooms share a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom. For guests traveling with infants, a pack-n-play is provided.

A starter kit with essential toiletries and cleaning supplies is provided upon arrival. Special monthly Snowbird rates are available from November through February for stays of 28 nights or more.
