Hi All! We can't wait to host you during your stay! However, we do have to enforce some rules for the safety of our abode and our lovely neighbors who we work diligently with to not disturb.

1. Guests must sign the rental agreement upon booking. The rental agreement is listed below. All local residents must communicate with the host BEFORE booking.
2. The occupancy limit for this property is the same number of guests as your reservation at all times. Violation of this could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund.
3. No parties, no loud music, no boisterous behavior. We have excellent neighbors who help us monitor and make sure no unusual activities are happening at the house.
4. Renters will respect and follow all rules as outlined in the House Rules Section.
5. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate $200/day penalty fee. ($200 for every day of the rental period).
6. If you have not been given approval for a late checkout there will be a penalty fee of $100 starting during the first half hour and $100/hr after that.
7. No pets allowed. There is a $400 fine if the rule is broken.
8. If by your fault of breaking any house rules, a scheduling conflict is caused with other guests, you may be charged the amount owing to a discount or refund of said guest.
9. Repeated infractions of the house rules can result in dispatching our security team for immediate eviction with no refund. This will result in a $500 penalty additional to any applicable fees.
10. Swim/Soak in the hot tub and bay at your own risk.
11. Shipping any items left at the home will require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping.
12. No fireworks, ATVs, or guns allowed on the property.
