Designed for comfort and luxury, the home features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The Master Suite is a true retreat, featuring a dreamy king bed and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms are optimized for groups, each equipped with bunk beds consisting of a full bed on top and bottom, along with a pull-out trundle bed. These rooms share a convenient hallway bathroom.

The interior offers modern flair with a functional layout. Guests can relax in the living room, which includes a new flat-screen TV and a comfortable sofa that transforms into a sleeper. The generously sized, fully stocked kitchen connects seamlessly to the living area, creating an ideal environment for entertaining. Outside, the spacious 3/4 wrap-around balcony provides an incredible view, perfect for watching the sunset. For added convenience, a recent outdoor shower addition allows for a refreshing rinse after a day of beachside fun.

Located in Fort Morgan, the home is surrounded by history, nature, and miles of wildlife. This low-density area is designed to deliver the peace and tranquility you desire while remaining conveniently close to the vibrant attractions of Gulf Shores.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum Rental Age: 25 years old (Photo ID mandatory at check-in)
• Parking: Limited to a maximum of two cars; Vehicle Registration Tags are required and available for purchase
• Pets: Not allowed
• Smoking: Not permitted
• Winter Season (Jan-Feb): Bookings made before October 1st require a 60-day minimum stay. After October 1st, minimum stays may vary between three or seven nights.
• Supplies: Linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. A starter set of hand soap, toilet tissue (1 roll per bath), trash bags (1 per can), and paper towels (1 roll) is included.
