• Primary guest must be at least 21 years old
• A refundable security deposit (approximately $250) is required via credit card at check-in
• This is a non-smoking resort
• Pets are not allowed
• Standard wireless internet is free for up to 4 devices; enhanced high-speed options are available for an additional daily fee

Please note that the resort is currently undergoing a balcony restoration project, which may result in some balconies being unavailable and the presence of construction noise or dust. As this is a timeshare-owned property, you will be placed in the best available suite, which may be a mobility-accessible unit. While you may be invited to attend a timeshare presentation, participation is entirely optional.
