The home is designed for comfort and connection, featuring a magnificent, spacious open floor plan perfect to entertain friends and family while cooking dinner. The living room comes equipped with a Smart TV and plenty of seating for guests to enjoy their favorite movie. For those needing to stay connected, the primary bedroom includes a cute work area, providing just the right amount of privacy to catch up on work emails or take a call.

Sleeping arrangements are configured to accommodate up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:

• Bedroom 1: Master en suite with a Queen bed (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 4: Located on the lower level with a Queen bed (sleeps 2)

Located in one of the oldest residential communities in Washington, this neighborhood is filled with amazing restaurants, lively unique bars, and endless entertainment, including live music, comedy, improv, and stage plays. Steps from the United States Congress, you are a short walk, bus, metro, or Uber ride from Union Market, Chinatown, Gallaudet University, and the Navy Yard. The Potomac Ave metro (Orange, Silver & Blue lines) is just over 10 minutes on foot, while the Eastern Market station is a 15-minute stroll away. You can even walk to the United States Capitol steps in just over 25 minutes. For an awesome way to see the city, several Capital Bikeshares are located nearby for exploring the Potomac Tow Path and Anacostia Waterfront.

• Requirements: Group bookings require renters to be above age 25 unless previously agreed. Maximum occupancy must be respected; additional guests require advance approval.
• Additional Notes: Family-friendly amenities like a Pack 'n Play are available upon request. Please be mindful of noise to respect the local community. Exterior cameras with microphones are in use for security; there are no indoor cameras.
