Friendly Reminders:  Check in at the front office for parking passes.  Quiet time is 10:00pm – 8:00am.  Pool hours are 9:00am – 10:00pm.  Pool gate code is 8325.  Please DO NOT hang anything over patio railing.  Trash compactor is located at back entrance of Oak Road on the left.  DO NOT block the exit gate to throw away your trash. Please park your vehicle to do so.  DO NOT feed or interact with ducks.  Use only electric grills on patio.  NO PETS unless you are the owner of the unit.

Colony Club HOA Rules: • Make sure you check into the Clubhouse when you arrive. You must purchase your Colony Club check-in certificate in the amount of a one-time $25.00 cost. You have up to 24 hours to check in. • Absolutely NO PETS except trained and certified service dogs. Emotional support dogs DO NOT QUALIFY as service dogs. • No gas/charcoal grilling on the balcony of any kind. There are grills in different areas on the premises for your use. • Quiet time is from 10:00pm until 8:00am. • Each guest must bring pool bands to the pool. One band per person required. • Pool rules are posted at the pool and are strictly enforced. • No children under 12 years of age are allowed in the hot tub. • No grills allowed inside pool area. • No smoking or vaping inside pool area. • No glass containers inside pool area. • No towels or garments are allowed to be placed over outside patio/balcony rails. • Garbage must be taken to the dumpster! Dumpster is located at the back of the gate next to Building J. Make sure any boxes are broken down before disposing of them in the dumpster.

Follow the rules and policies of this property for the enjoyment of all owners and guests. Rules are strictly enforced by HOA and will charge a guest if the rules are broken, and in some cases can result in eviction without refund.

House Rules

1. You must sign a contract with Gold Star Vacation Rentals within 48 hours of booking
2. You must be at least 21 Years of age
3. You Must purchase parking passes if it is required for this unit
4. You are not allowed to remove towels from the unit. All missing linens will be charged to the guest.
5. The occupancy cannot exceed the occupancy listed of this property. Everyone must sleep in a bed.
6. Early check in is never guaranteed, if you wish to check in early you must contact Gold Star Vacation Rentals and inquire BEFORE you arrive to allow time to prepare the unit in the case another guest checked out at 10am.
7. NO Pets are allowed unless this property specifically states “pet friendly”
8. No events are allowed.
9. No smoking or vaping inside the unit and NO smoking on the balcony or patio is allowed. Most properties provide a smoking area that must be used if they allow smoking on the premises.
10. Do not hang any items from the balcony or patio- this includes towels and bathing suits.
