• Age Restriction: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and a person 25 or older must remain at the property for the entire duration of the stay.
• Parking: Paid separately from the reservation. A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed on-site; passes must be purchased via the HOA's parking system (VRPS). A 3rd vehicle may park at the office (approx. 2 miles away) for $60 per stay. No RVs, trailers, or watercraft are permitted on-site.
• House Rules: This is a strictly non-smoking complex, including all pool decks, balconies, and common areas. Pets are not allowed. Monthly rentals are not permitted.
