The primary suite is a dream, offering a king-sized bed, a comfortable sitting area, a private bath, and large windows that capture mesmerizing views of the water. The guest bedroom is thoughtfully designed with two full/queen beds, with a convenient second bath located just outside in the hall. For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a sleeper sofa.

The heart of the home is an open and spacious living and dining area, providing an ideal setting for socializing. The fully equipped kitchen is a highlight, featuring granite countertops to ensure a delightful culinary experience.

Located in East Orange Beach, the property sits in one of the most sought-after areas of the Gulf Coast. This neighborhood is known for its quiet, less crowded beaches and a relaxed atmosphere, while remaining in close proximity to an abundance of dining options, shopping, boating, fishing, and family attractions.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum age to rent: 25 years old
• Photo identification is required at check-in
• Pets and smoking are not allowed
• Parking passes are required (max 2 passes/cars per reservation), available upon arrival or via management
• Linens are provided; guests should bring their own beach towels
• A starter set of hand soap, toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels is included
• Note: Tennis courts are currently not in use

Winter Season Reservations (January and February): Bookings made before October 1st require a minimum stay of 60 days. After October 1st, minimum stays may be three or seven nights depending on unit specifications. Monthly "Snowbird" rates are available from November through February.
