About Property

Experience the ultimate coastal escape at Dune View, a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom beachfront condo located within the Sands Villa Resort in Atlantic Beach, North Carolina. This stunning retreat is designed for those who want the serenity of the ocean paired with a resort amenity stack that no standalone rental can match.

This thoughtfully furnished space comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with a layout designed for relaxation. The primary king suite serves as a private sanctuary, featuring an en-suite bathroom and ocean views. A second guest bedroom offers a cozy queen bed with a dresser and nightstand, while the third bedroom features two twin beds, making it an ideal spot for children. The two full bathrooms are modern and spacious, including an updated vanity and walk-in shower serving the guest rooms.

Inside, the home is defined by stylish, coastal-inspired décor and a fully equipped kitchen that actually cooks. Featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, the kitchen includes a breakfast bar, a fully stocked coffee bar, a crockpot, and a blender. The living area is bright and open, leading to a private ocean-facing balcony where you can enjoy the view of the natural dunes and the Atlantic beyond.

Resort life is the heart of the Dune View experience. The standout feature is the climate-controlled indoor pool and hot tub, open year-round, ensuring your vacation is perfect regardless of the weather. For summer sun-seekers, there is an outdoor pool, tennis and basketball courts, a fitness center, a playground, and grilling areas with both propane and charcoal options. Getting to the sand is effortless thanks to a flat, ramp-accessible boardwalk—no stairs or elevation changes—making it a genuine differentiator for families with strollers or guests with mobility needs.

Located on the stunning Crystal Coast, you are just minutes away from the NC Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores, Fort Macon State Park, and the waterfront dining and shops of downtown Morehead City and historic Beaufort.
