While there is no full oven, it is equipped with an induction cooktop and a toaster oven with natural convection, perfect for whipping up light meals. For a truly restful experience, ascend the custom spiral staircase to the lofted bedroom. Here, you will find a Queen Bed and double balcony doors that open to serene views of the leafy neighborhood. The bright and spotless bathroom complements the home's character with gorgeous penny tile and a retro design paired with modern fixtures.

Outside, you can enjoy a lovely shared space off the kitchen—ideal for sipping your morning coffee while planning your day. Please note that access to the bistro table and chairs in this shared area is restricted after 7 PM.

Group bookings require renters to be 25 years or older unless previously agreed upon. Please be mindful of noise to respect the local community. Guests are asked to avoid bringing large items, such as bicycles or exercise equipment, into the unit without prior approval. Exterior cameras with microphones are used for security; there are no cameras indoors.
