The bedrooms are situated conveniently off the main living area. While there are initial steps to enter the home, the interior is all on one level for your convenience.

One of the most inviting aspects of the property is the screened-in side patio, accessible from the dining area. Here, you can relax by the grill and enjoy glimpses of the Intracoastal Waterway, which is located just two blocks away.

Situated on Shephard Street, the home is nestled on a charming historical street highly sought after by regular visitors. The neighborhood, affectionately known by locals as "The Promised Land," offers an ideal location for exploring. You are within easy walking distance of Big Rock, as well as the various restaurants and bars that define downtown Morehead City. For those with children, Shevans Park is just one block away, providing a great place for kids to play, while the neighborhood's many sidewalks are perfect for leisurely walks and bike rides.

Practical details for your stay include check-in starting at 4:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Access is simplified via coded door knobs. Please note that pets are not allowed. Regarding cancellations, while the policy is relaxed, refunds are provided in full minus the 4% credit card fee.
