• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside units, on balconies, or in common areas, except in designated smoking zones.
• Pets: Not allowed.
• Important Notice: The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub are currently closed for repairs until at least October 1st, though the kiddie pool remains open.
