The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom is outfitted with two sets of twin bunk beds — perfect for kids. Two full bathrooms serve the home, and ample indoor seating accommodates up to 9 people with ease.

Two grocery stores and a variety of local restaurants are within half a mile, making everyday convenience a breeze.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Self check-in is available via a digital keypad — access code provided upon booking confirmation.

Maximum occupancy is 8 registered guests — no unregistered guests permitted. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking inside the home; smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas only with proper disposal of cigarette butts. No parties or events allowed. Pets are welcome: up to two dogs under 50 lbs with a non-refundable $200 pet fee. Parking accommodates 2 vehicles plus a boat — do not block driveways. Please do not strip beds at checkout; a $75 charge applies if beds are stripped. A $500 security deposit hold will be released within 72 hours after checkout.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival. 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before arrival. No refund for cancellations within 14 days of arrival.
