The sleeping arrangements include a master suite featuring a fantastic queen bed and a large master bath, a second guest bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom equipped with two twin beds. A shared bath is conveniently located in the hallway to serve the guest rooms.

Inside, you will find a spacious layout and modern comforts. The living room is designed for relaxation with cozy armchairs, a comfortable sofa, and a new flat-screen TV. For those who love to cook and gather, the large kitchen opens seamlessly into a dining area that accommodates six people and the living area, creating an excellent space for entertainment. One of the most breathtaking features of the home is the huge balcony, complete with comfortable furnishings and stunning views, perfect for witnessing unforgettable sunsets after a day of fun in the sun.

Located in Fort Morgan, the property is situated in a region abundant with history and surrounded by nature and wildlife. This serene, low-density area offers peace and tranquility while remaining convenient to all the attractions and activities that Gulf Shores has to offer.

Winter Season Notes: For reservations made before October 1st, January and February bookings require a 60-day minimum stay. Reservations made after October 1st vary between three or seven nights. Monthly 'Snowbird' rates are available from November through February.
