Group bookings require renters to be 25+ unless previously agreed. Large items, such as bicycles or exercise equipment, are prohibited without prior approval. Exterior cameras with microphones are used for monitoring; there are no cameras indoors. Late check-outs may incur a fee of $59 depending on availability. Parking in D.C. is difficult; guests are responsible for registering and printing their own visitor permits and checking street cleaning signs.
