Sleeping arrangements include 3 beds (consisting of 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds) and a sleeper sofa located in the main living area. The two bathrooms are conveniently located on opposite ends of the home, each equipped with its own shower.

Designed for those who wish to feel immersed in nature, the property boasts a 1,200 square foot cantilevered deck that overlooks the valley with beautiful rural views. Inside, the living room invites you to kick back in front of the wood fireplace, where floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to gaze at the landscape. The home is filled with one-of-a-kind charm, featuring naturally crafted finishes and an artisan welded wooden post that provides ambient lighting.

For dining and preparation, there is a large, well-equipped kitchen featuring a stove, a full-sized refrigerator, and two ovens. A dining area nearby seats four, while a large stone dining table on the porch provides seating for six. Additional conveniences include a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Outside, you will find a large tree-lined front yard, a private driveway, and a peaceful pond located at the lower part of the property.

Located in a serene rural setting, the house remains close to the best of the region. You are only 5 minutes from Cornell University, 10 minutes from Downtown Ithaca and Ithaca College, 15 minutes from the Ithaca Farmers Market, and 25 minutes from Taughannock Falls. A scenic 40-minute drive will take you to the Seneca Winetrail and Watkins Glen State Park.
