Important Guest Information: This property operates under special township regulations as one of the few remaining short-term rental properties available for stays under 30 days in the Skaneateles area, since the Village banned such rentals in 2015. The primary guest must be 30 years or older and provide valid identification. A separate rental agreement will be emailed after booking confirmation and must be signed prior to arrival. A strict no-party policy is enforced, prohibiting all gatherings including birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, bridal showers, baby showers, graduations, receptions, and brunches. Guests are responsible for damages or additional expenses up to $500.00. Special cancellation terms apply: full refund 60 days prior, 50% refund 30 days prior, and future credit within 30 days.
