The second level houses a beautiful master bedroom overlooking the lake, complemented by two additional separate bedrooms.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Spend your days on the sprawling deck, perfect for cookouts, or relax on the dock for sunbathing. To enhance your lake experience, the owner provides life jackets, fishing poles, outdoor patio furniture, and lounge chairs.

Perfectly positioned on the eastern side of the lake, you are conveniently located for easy access to the Merry-Go-Round Playhouse and Emerson Park. A quick drive will take you into the heart of Skaneateles, Auburn, or to any of the region's renowned wineries.

• Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 30 years of age or older
• Documentation: Primary guest must provide valid proof of ID and sign the owner's personal rental agreement (emailed after booking is accepted)
• Event Policy: The owner strictly prohibits any gatherings, including but not limited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal, baby showers, receptions, or brunches
• Damage Policy: Guests are responsible for damages or additional expenses up to $500.00 (credit cards are only charged if damages are found)
