Outside, you will find a private deck perfect for morning coffee, and access to a large backyard shared with one other unit on the property. The cottage is situated within a quiet property compound that includes other separate units and a larger main house, offering a unique residential feel.

• Gathering Policy: A strict "no party/gathering policy" is in place. This includes, but is not limited to, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, bridal or baby showers, receptions, and brunches.
• Damage Policy: Guests are responsible for damages or additional expenses up to $250.00. Credit cards are not charged unless damage is found.
