As one of the few remaining options in the area where short-term rentals under 30 days are permitted, it offers rare flexibility and proximity to the village atmosphere.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old, provide valid proof of ID, and sign the owner's personal rental agreement after booking is accepted.

Parking is available in a large lot shared with two other units; guests with more than two cars should inquire with the owner for additional parking. Please note that while most paper and soap products are provided, guests must bring their own body soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

There is a strict no party or gathering policy. This includes, but is not limited to, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, bridal or baby showers, receptions, and brunches. Guests are responsible for any damages or additional expenses incurred during their stay.
