Important Guest Information: Guests must be 25 years or older to book and remain present for the entire stay. A signed rental agreement and matching ID are required after booking. Check-in is strictly at 4:00 PM with no early arrivals permitted; check-out is at 10:00 AM with late departure fees applied. The property is non-smoking throughout. Cancellation policies vary by timeframe: 100% refund for cancellations 30+ days prior, 50% refund for 14-30 days, and no refunds for cancellations within 14 days. Starter supplies are provided but guests should bring additional necessities and beach towels. Optional travel insurance is highly recommended.
