Sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king bed and an attached bathroom featuring a stand-up shower, and a second king suite with an informal seating area for added privacy. For children or additional guests, there is a trundle room with a twin bed and twin trundle, another trundle room with a full bed and twin trundle, and a pull-out couch located in the front living room.

Inside, guests will find two living areas: one equipped with a smart TV and board games, and another dedicated to entertainment with foosball and a retro arcade table featuring Pac-Man and Mortal Kombat. The main floor also boasts a spacious dining room for shared meals and a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances and generous prep space.
