Designed primarily for couples and small groups, the bungalow accommodates up to 4 registered overnight guests. The sleeping arrangements include one private queen bedroom and a separate sleeping loft equipped with two twin floor mattresses, which is accessed via a ship's ladder. For additional flexibility, the living-room sofa can be converted into two twin beds using provided sleep kits.

Inside, the open-concept living area is anchored by a cozy fireplace and high-speed fiber internet with eero mesh Wi-Fi, making it a viable spot for remote work. Step outside to a spacious deck for sunset views or unwind in the private hot tub overlooking the water. Guests can also enjoy a private Solo Stove fire pit located below the deck.

Location & Neighborhood: Situated in the heart of the Wine Trail, the property offers rare walkable access to local favorites. Two Goats Brewing is approximately 150 feet from the back entrance, with Atwater Vineyards and Chateau LaFayette Reneau located within a short 0.3-mile walk. Other nearby destinations like JR Dill Winery and Grist Iron Brewing are accessible via NY-414. Please note that because of its prime location, sounds from the Scenic Byway, nearby brewery activity, and agricultural bird deterrent cannons may be audible.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome. The Bungalow is located on a shared property with the Seneca View Villa (approximately 100 feet apart). While each home has its own designated parking and private outdoor spaces, guests share the main driveway, trash/recycling totes, the putting green, and the pond waterfall feature.
