• Check-out: 10:00 AM (Late check-out will incur an additional day's charge)
• Parking: Two parking passes are included; additional passes are $50 each. U-hauls, trailers, boats, and buses are prohibited on the property.
• Age Requirement: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and stay for the duration of the booking.
• Policies: No smoking and no pets allowed.
• Beach Gear: Beach chair rentals are available via Excel Beach Service ($55 daily or $49.50 multi-day rate).
• Cancellation: 100% refund if cancelled 30+ days before check-in; 50% refund between 14-30 days; no refund under 14 days.
