For additional flexibility, the living room is equipped with a Queen sleeper sofa and two twin sleeper chairs. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with its own private bathroom and a flat-screen TV for your convenience.

The interior exudes a high-end feel with tile flooring throughout, solid wood cabinetry, and a large open-design kitchen featuring a full stainless steel appliance package and a wet bar. Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that this is a non-smoking and no-pets property. Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent. A signed reservation agreement is required to complete the booking. Per HOA bylaws, only two parking passes are permitted per condo; these must be purchased separately from onsite management and are not included in the rental total. Currently, passes are $60 each, though rates are subject to change by management.
