Designed for a relaxing stay for two, the King Suite is located on the first floor and features one bedroom with one queen-sized bed and one bathroom. The living space is thoughtfully appointed with a large desk for those who need to stay productive and a 40" flat screen TV for watching cable or logging into your favorite streaming services. The suite includes a convenient kitchenette equipped with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, 2-burner electric cooktop, and a Nespresso coffee maker, along with cooking basics. For added convenience, a hair dryer and handheld steamer are provided in the suite, and laundry facilities are available within the building for all guests. The King Suite is ADA accessible, featuring a private ramp entry on the right side of the building and a bathroom with a roll-in shower and clearance below the sinks.

Located on the quiet side of bustling King Street, the Inn is just one block away from the King Street Mile. Alexandria is a city best experienced on foot, but guests can also utilize the free King Street Trolley, with the closest stop at St Asaph St, or the King Street-Old Town Metro station.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee of $30 per hour, subject to approval. Please note that pets and smoking are strictly prohibited on the property; smoking violations will result in a $250 fee. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. All items in the suite must remain on-site, as any loss or damage will be assessed. Parking is available via street meters (Zone 44515), a designated handicapped space in front of the building, or nearby garages including the Courthouse Square Garage and The Alexandrian.
