This thoughtfully designed space features 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom is a true sanctuary, boasting a king bed, a smart TV, and large windows that offer breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf. The second bedroom provides two twin beds and its own smart TV, with freshly laundered linens provided after every stay. For additional guests, the spacious living area includes a queen sleeper sofa equipped with a new memory foam mattress.

Inside, you will find a home defined by pride of ownership and meticulous attention to detail. The recently updated kitchen is fully equipped for family meals, featuring fresh paint and essential appliances. The comfortable living area is designed for relaxation, featuring a speaker system, games, and a smart TV with Roku.

Located in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama, Breakers 54 places you within easy reach of premier shopping, dining, and recreational activities. Whether you are swimming in the Gulf or exploring local attractions, everything you need is right at your fingertips.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent, and photo identification is required upon arrival. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property, and pets are not allowed.

Parking: A maximum of 2 cars and 2 parking passes are permitted per reservation; passes may be purchased upon arrival or via the management office.

Supplies: A starter set of essentials (hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per can, and one roll of paper towels) is provided. While linens are included, guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.

Winter Season: Reservations made before October 1st for January and February require a 60-day minimum stay. After October 1st, minimum stays for these months may be reduced to three or seven nights depending on unit specifications. Special monthly Snowbird rates are available from November through February.
