It also includes a spacious dressing area and a separate bath with a tub/shower. The guest bedroom is designed for versatility, featuring one full size bed and a full-over-full size bunk bed, complemented by a 55" flat screen tv and a full bathroom.

Living spaces are designed for relaxation and convenience. The living room features a 60" flat screen tv and a sliding glass door leading to a covered gulf-front balcony where you can look for dolphins. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig K-Cup brewer, microwave, and blender, with dining seating for six at the table and two at the bar. For added convenience, the unit includes a full-size washer and dryer and a keyless entry system.
