The home is designed for ease and accessibility, featuring a single-level layout with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom, comfortably sleeping up to 5 guests. The first bedroom offers a plush king bed, while the second bedroom features a versatile bunk bed with a Twin XL over a queen, making it perfect for families or mixed groups. For personalized comfort, each bedroom is equipped with its own individual mini-split AC/heat unit.

Inside, the living space is anchored by an electric fireplace and two Roku smart TVs located in the living room and bunk bedroom. The full kitchen is well-stocked for your needs with dining seating for four. A standout feature is the expansive wine and coffee bar, which includes a Technivorm Moccamaster drip coffee maker, whole bean coffee, and a grinder. For entertainment and ambiance, enjoy a record player with a curated vinyl collection, board games, and a selection of books on Finger Lakes viticulture.

• Pets: Dogs are allowed, but as these are duplex units, please only bring dogs that do not bark. Dogs must be crated if left alone in the unit.
• Note: Located on Route 414, guests may hear occasional truck traffic. The property uses well water; while safe, a faint sulfur smell may be present, and a Brita purifier is provided. Firewood is not provided but is available at nearby local stands or Fastrac in Ovid.
