This intimate space is designed for comfort, featuring one bedroom with a single queen size bed and one bathroom, accommodating up to two guests. The layout is a functional studio that provides the entire apartment for your exclusive use, ensuring a private stay in a vibrant urban setting.

While the property is a streamlined studio, it is equipped with essential features to make your stay seamless:

Located in a historic neighborhood where most homes were built in the early 1900s, the area is currently seeing a lovely transition as many residences are being restored to their former beauty. The neighborhood is wonderfully diverse and highly walkable, placing you just a couple of blocks from the river. For those seeking local flavors, you are just around the corner from Alvaro's Italian Bakery and Little Amps Coffee. While the area is urban and authentic—including some abandoned boarded-up homes—it provides a genuine glimpse into the city's character. For travel beyond the immediate vicinity, Uber and Lyft are excellent options.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please keep the following practical information in mind. This is an apartment building located on the second floor, accessible via a flight of stairs. Because of the building's nature, you will likely hear other guests; therefore, we observe a strict quiet time from 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM. Parking is free and available via parallel parking on the street. While you may find a spot right out front if you are lucky, you might need to park a short distance away.

Check-in is available starting at 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed at this property. We look forward to hosting you in our favorite diverse corner of Harrisburg!
