The home accommodates up to 10 guests across five thoughtfully designed bedrooms with 5 beds total. The master bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite spa-like bathroom including soaker tub and dual shower heads, plus private backyard access. The second bedroom offers a king bed with ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower. Bedrooms three and four each have queen beds, while the fifth bedroom includes a twin trundle bed. A full hall bathroom with shower and soaker tub completes the sleeping arrangements.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pool heating is available for an additional $100 per night and should be arranged after booking confirmation. The Paint & Sip experience includes supplies for 6 guests and one bottle of wine, with options to double supplies and add a second bottle for $100. Age verification is required for wine service. Please note there is a $500 fine for not replacing the outdoor TV cover when not in use. Guests must complete a waiver and ID upload before receiving check-in instructions.
