To enhance guest capacity, the unit includes a new addition of built-in bunk beds. The bedrooms feature LVP flooring, while the rest of the condo is finished with tiled flooring.

Recent renovations have ensured a refreshing stay, including a new flat-screen Smart TV and a lazy boy recliner in the living room. The space is enveloped by the sound of waves, featuring a fully stocked kitchen and entertainment options including a stereo and TVs in the den and both bedrooms.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent; photo ID is mandatory at check-in.
• Parking: Covered parking is available. Parking passes are required and available for purchase; a maximum of 2 cars and 2 passes are allowed per reservation. For long-term rentals, additional monthly passes are required.
• Policies: Smoking is not permitted, and pets are not allowed.
• Winter Season: Reservations for January and February made before October 1st require a 60-day minimum stay. After October 1st, minimum stays may range from three to seven nights.
• Provisions: Linens are provided, but guests should bring their own beach towels. A starter set of hand soap, toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels is included.
