Important guest information: Pool heating requires 48-hour advance notice with daily fees ranging from $100-$150 depending on season. Maximum occupancy is 6 adults plus dependent children. The pool lacks safety barriers and requires constant supervision for children under 7. Driveway parking is available, but garage parking and overnight street parking are prohibited. Pool service occurs Mondays, landscaping maintenance on Fridays, and pool lights operate automatically from 7:30-10:00 PM. Early check-in and late checkout available for additional fees based on availability. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. No pets permitted. Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning or damages.

Please reach out in advance regarding options for a later checkout time. The guest(s) will incur a $200 fee for unauthorized late checkout. Please kindly follow the provided checkout instructions regarding clean-up. Guests will be responsible for any expenses incurred for excessive cleaning.

You must register all guests staying in the home during your stay. No additional guests are allowed without prior approval. NO SMOKING inside the home or near open doors and windows. Guest(s) will incur a $250 fine for any smoking remnants on the property. POOL: No diving; Please do not tamper with, alter or change any pool settings or equipment; No glass near the pool, any broken glass found outside will result in a fee (Up to $500) NO PARTIES ALLOWED; Host must approve all Special Occasion Events in advance. Any evidence of an unauthorized event will result in the host terminating the remainder of the guests' reservation without reimbursement. Any guest violating the contract will be subject to a fine (Up to $500), plus any additional city-imposed fees (Up to $2500) and all fees for cleaning and damage repair to the property.

NEIGHBORHOOD NOISE ORDINANCE: Please keep a respectable level of noise while staying in our home. Residential exterior noise standards in SCOTTSDALE require loudspeakers, music, shouting, pets, and vehicles to cease excessive decibels by the 11 PM curfew through 7 AM. Residents will not tolerate noise in this neighborhood; please conclude all noise by 10 PM to avoid any conflict. Any guest violating the city's noise ordinance will be subject to a fine (up to $1000) and any additional city-imposed fees due to the complaint (up to $10,000).
