The layout is designed for comfort and accessibility, featuring a step-free first floor with two bedrooms and a full bath. The Spa Bedroom on the main floor features a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, while the Porch Bedroom offers a full bed with a firmer mattress and peaceful forest views. Upstairs, the Loft Bedroom provides a queen bed with a plush mattress and a private loft balcony, and the Balcony Bedroom features a queen bed with a firmer mattress and direct access to an outside balcony.

Both bathrooms are designed with a spa-like feel, including heated toilet seats with bidets. The first-floor bathroom includes a roll-in shower with a rainfall head, while the upstairs bath features a tub/shower combo.

• Firewood: Not provided; guests may gather fallen wood from the 30 acres or purchase locally.
• Pets: Dogs only (up to 2 well-behaved dogs). A pet fee applies. Dogs must be leashed outside deck/fire pit areas and crated if left alone. Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds.
