The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed with beautiful views of the Gulf and easy access to the shared guest bathroom. For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, two chairs, and a flat-screen TV.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM (Late check-out will result in an additional day's charge)
• Age Restriction: Must be at least 25 years old to book; a person 25+ must stay for the entire duration
• Smoking: Strictly non-smoking property
• Pets: Not allowed
• Parking: Two parking passes are typically included. However, during the Hangout Festival, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Shrimp Festival weekends, only one pass is provided. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, and buses are prohibited on property
• Guest Supplies: A starter pack of laundry detergent, dish soap, trash bags, and travel-sized toiletries is provided. Linens are included, but guests must bring their own beach towels
