Regarding parking, HOA bylaws limit each rental to only 2 parking passes. These passes are not included in the rental total and must be purchased from onsite management. Purchasing before your arrival date saves you $10; current pre-arrival rates are $30 for 1 night, $55 for 2-10 nights, $100 for 11-31 nights, $150 for 32-61 nights, and $200 for 62+ nights.
