This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with thoughtfully arranged sleeping options. The bedroom features a queen bed with memory foam mattress, while the living area includes a West Elm queen sleeper sofa with 5-inch memory foam mattress. Additionally, there's a twin hallway bed (slightly smaller than standard twin size) providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups.

Please note: You must climb stairs to access this second-level property. The pool operates seasonally from Memorial Day until mid-October. As a coastal property, occasional palmetto bugs (American cockroaches) may be encountered - these are common regional insects and part of beach life, not indicating poor housekeeping.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with checkout at 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent, with driver's license required at booking. You'll receive pre-arrival forms and rental agreement links immediately after booking, with check-in information sent the day prior once all forms are completed. For same-day bookings, all forms must be completed before door codes are provided.
